# Wallet and Security

> How the o1 Mobile wallet works and how to protect access to your assets.

o1 Mobile provides a user-specific embedded wallet for supported blockchain
networks. The wallet is used for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and
decentralized spot swaps.

## Account and wallet access

Users can sign in with email, Google, or Apple. o1 Mobile uses the authenticated
account to create or restore the associated wallet.

The wallet supports both EVM and Solana accounts. Supported product networks
are listed in [Product Scope](/mobile/product-scope).

## Transaction authorization

A swap or transfer begins only after the user confirms the action in the app.
The wallet then signs and submits the requested blockchain transaction.

o1 Mobile cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction. Always review:

* the selected network;
* the asset and amount;
* the destination address for transfers;
* the quoted output and fee for swaps; and
* the final transaction status.

## Key export

The app includes an option to export wallet key material. An exported private
key gives full control over the wallet and its assets.

<Warning>
  Never share an exported private key, recovery material, one-time password,
  or device unlock code. o1 support will never ask for a private key.
</Warning>

## Device security

Use the security controls available on your device and in the app:

* protect the device with a strong passcode;
* enable biometric access where available;
* keep the operating system and o1 Mobile updated;
* verify links before signing in or entering account information; and
* use only official o1 websites and store listings.

## Non-custodial activity

o1 Mobile does not operate an order book or take the other side of a swap.
Spot swaps execute against decentralized liquidity, and resulting assets remain
associated with the user's wallet.

<Note>
  Third-party networks, liquidity protocols, bridges, onramps, and wallet
  infrastructure may have separate terms, availability, and technical risks.
